Day 29 - Smaller Portions (Take 1.2) - Tidying Time (Take 4.2) - FtP (7) - Hy (17.2)

Today's plan:

- (Re-)Introduce new challenge of smaller portions
--- Pray over this new challenge
--- Measure out breakfast cereal/milk or eat one egg on one slice toast
--- Half a tin of beans/one slice of toast lunch or ham/chicken salad open sandwich
--- Regular dinners
--- Eating consciously and slowly, chewing well
--- Reducing/eliminating snacks/supper

- Tidying Time
--- so far my batting average is 3/12 for this challenge so instead of today being TT (13) I've made it Tidying Time (Take 4*) and I've ordered a kitchen timer!
--- today my focus shall be the nursery at large, hopefully by not being so specific with the task I'll be more inclined to do it, we shall see

- Frumps to Pumps
--- text Sis#1 challenge reminder and blog post link for day five
--- include God in my day first thing
--- get dressed by 9am
--- read e-book chapter five
--- read day five blog post
--- be accountable today (i.e. phone Sis#1)
--- ask my husband if he prefers me spending an extra ten minutes a day to improve my appearance, insisting on his honest opinion on my current presentation, ask him for extra help to allow me that time if necessary
--- go through and purge jumpers drawer section/bottoms drawer section/hanging skirts and trousers (add to "supplement wardrobe" shopping list)
--- wear earrings (if possible)

- Hydration (yet again I didn't hydrate enough yesterday, so today is also a do-over on this challenge)

- Cancel list subscription and email complaint re notification

- Ring my Granda

- Try to arrange next tutoring session for O

- Enjoy a pre-nap shopping trip with Sunny to Lidl to buy a knit dress for my niece etc.

- Enjoy a post-nap visit with Sunny to my niece and SIL
